So am I once again trying to get my weight issues figured out. I joined a gym a month ago, and have been going 3-4 times a week. I've slowly been working on an eating plan. I am really trying to do this for good this time, to make a lifestyle change, and just not be on a diet. When I screw up, I'm trying to not let it get me down, and just get back on the wagon immediately, and not use it as an excuse to have a complete meltdown.
