It's a Marathon

So am I once again trying to get my weight issues figured out. I joined a gym a month ago, and have been going 3-4 times a week. I've slowly been working on an eating plan. I am really trying to do this for good this time, to make a lifestyle change, and just not be on a diet. End Month 2 of Diet

It's the end of June and I was curious if I was still stuck at my plateau point of 170-ish.

That sounds like a nice little gym - a perfect place to get fit! An hour is a really good amount of time and it's a really good idea that you are mixing it up a bit. What classes will they have? Some kind of kickboxing class would be fun. :-)
